XL Pistol Hard Case

Not quite big enough for a Hw44 with scope and moderator even across corners. will have to take moderator off each time..The biggest issue is security, it may have two padlock points but these are pointlesss, even if you use a cable lock to attach the case to a solid fixture a thief can simply get into this case using a sharp bladed knife or saw bladed knife to cut through the plastic folding hinges at the back. Would'nt last a minute at Thiefrow airport. So this is just being relegated to storing spare ammo and other bits and bobs.

It's listed as an "XL Pistol Hard Case" which might lead you to think that it is some cheap generic plastic case - it is in fact a Flambeau 1711 Safe Shot case, so a very high quality product. The two catches that hold the case shut slide to open/shut the case and when shut each catch has a hole for a padlock. The sizing in the product description is wrong - the pistol case is 17" long, so 43cm not 49cm. I bought the case specifically for a SMK Synergy XS25 fitted with a Weaver rail and AGS pistol scope - it just fits diagonally in the case, so luckily the incorrect sizing has not been an issue. That aside, it is an excellent case, stylish and very tough. I think the sliding catches make the Flambeau better that the MTM CaseGard pistol hard cases. Definitely a five star product and one I would buy again.

Needed a larger pistol case now i've added a scope. More than enough space for pistol and scope and a second pistol. For the price and quality i really can't fault it. Ordering, Dispatch and Delivery very good. Would definitely use this company again.

Very good case especially for an air pistol that has a slightly longer barrel as my one does. Good foam inlay but quite expensive for what you get as a case plus quite a lot p+p to add to cost. Hence four stars.
