The rubber latches on my cooler were no match for the intense UV rays and brutal Texas heat. Even though I tried to protect them by keeping the cooler in the shade when not in use, the relentless Texas sun eventually took its toll. They cracked, became stiff, and, eventually, crumbled and broke. At that point, I had to find a solution or risk my cooler being useless during summer barbecues, tailgates, and beach days. These replacement latches were the perfect solution.

They fit perfectly.

These latches look great, fit well, and are super simple to swap out. They lasted about 18 months on a cooler that lives in the back of a truck in the Florida heat and sun, which is roughly half as long as the YETI OEM latches lasted. Considering the shorter lifespan, but costing less than half the price of YETI latches, I rate these at 4 stars .

Look great in my Yeti 20 quart. Hopefully they hold up! Easy to change out and hold securely.

Didn’t even last half a year.. just had to replace them again with yeti handles.. you get what you pay for! If you buy these junky things you might as well buy 2 pairs, maybe those 2 sets will last a year! Faded to pink by month 2 and I have a bed cover 🙄🙄🙄
