2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee fit
Spot on perfect fit for an ‘18 Grand Cherokee. Very low profile, sits below the fin antenna ! Haven’t noticed any noise, maybe a small hum when it was really windy outside. Easy installation, instructions maybe a little vague on some points but overall a good value

I hate them.
I’ll tell you right up front the only thing I like about them is that they are silent. That said I’m returning them and here is why:1) They are way too thin and pretty much every accessory I have will not work with them because of it. Even something as simple as the lock racks for kayaks don’t work.2) installation is a nightmare and the instructions stink.3) The included tools are very cheap and slip a lot. Which is a problem because they are security Allen wrenches so you can’t just use a normal Allen wrench to get around how horrible they are.4) they arrived scratched. One of them was already dirty. Probably a return.5) they aren’t specific to my vehicle like they claim to be. They are made to accommodate many vehicles. I know this because when installed the surfaces of the bars aren’t level too each other which means the load is not level.

Read this for the real instructions
Hello,As you can see, the instructions are very minimal. It basically says "put on and you're done". It has no direction of what to do with the sponge gaskets or the washers. While yes, someone that has installed these before might know what to do, it was my first time so I wanted to make sure I put them on correctly. So here's what you'll need to know for the actual instructions how they should have been written, well, at least some tips for your process.1. You'll need to take off the screws that are underneath the crossbar to put on the ends that will eventually bolt on to your vehicle's rails.2. Do not fully tighten the screws yet once the ends are on, as you will need to adjust them when putting on your vehicle.3. The sponge gaskets have an adhesive side, this side goes on the product itself. The weird part is that the product has a cavity in the middle section of the ends so the adhesive is really just attached the the edges. I only know this because I had to e-mail the manufacturer and asked. To me, it makes more sense for the adhesive to go on the vehicle's railings so it has more surface contact.4. The washers go on the "inside" as I have in my picture. So, in other words, it goes on the opposite of the sponge gasket side. Nothing in the instructions says that. Again, confirmed with the manufacturer.5. When putting these on, doing it by myself, I found it handy to put a towel on the vehicle by the ends. This allows for you to rest each end on the vehicle without worrying about damage.6. It took me about an hour to put them on. One, because I was doing it myself and had to go back and forth. Two, because it was my first time putting on cross bards and I'm sure I'm slow at this stuff.7. When putting on, do one side at a time. I put the screws in hand tightened, and then did the other side. Once both sides were hand tightened, I tightened them with the provided allen wrench. Then, after both sides were secured, I tightened the screws underneath with the special star shaped allen wrench.8. I highly advise to follow step 7 if doing it by yourself. When I did it with tightening the underside screws first, it would not line up correctly because it needs to have some wiggle room for the precut slots to line up with the holes on your vehicle's railings.9. Doing the underside screws with the special star shaped allen wrench, it will be difficult. This is also what took a large amount of time.10. Yes, I also heard a whistle when giving these a test run as some other reviews have hinted. I did not find it to be loud and only after 45 to 50mph but it was there.I have not had these on for long but hoping it does not rust like other reviews have allude to happening. I will update as time goes by. I hope this helps with others when you get these and put them on.
