I purchased this product because it seemed to be the best full size cordless flat iron I could find. It gets reasonably warm, but if you have any texture to your hair AT ALL it will not work for you. I'm blessed to have easy to work with hair that straightens well and holds curl well and this product only kind of worked for me. My main complaint and caution to others is that this product is BAD for your hairs health. Most nice hair straighteners have high quality plates that go all the way to the edge of the straightener making for a smooth pull through your hair. This straightener does not. The pull is not smooth at all. You will feel and HEAR your hair dragging along the plastic edge and as a result your hair will be left dry and damaged. Do yourself and your hair a favor and get a Hot Tools straightener.

Love! I really love this straightener! This is my first straightener and it’s amazing! Firstly, the package is really carefully. It heats up very fast and has a nice digital display. In the morning, it can save my time. I like that the size is good and convenient to take out. When I travel to other places, I also can not leave it! It will not occupy lot of space. It is very comfortable to hold in my hand and runs so smoothly through my hair. Don’t worry. It will not hurt your hair. It’s really a good experience for me to buy a straightener!!!!!! No matter you want the curly hair or straight hair, the straightener all can do it!

Not happy at all. I bought this 7mths ago so I could have something at my boyfriends house to style my hair. The first time I used my hair was getting caught between the plates and the plastic, pulling it out. Wasn't happy with that but unfortunately it was past the 30 return so I just straightened more cautiously. After that I only used it a few more times. The thing doesn't hold any charge if you don't leave it on the charger all the time. This was frustration since I bought it for occasional use and I didn't want to clutter the counter with more junk. So with the limited counter space I would have to plan an hour ahead to plug it in so it was charged by the time I needed it. Recently I have had to need a straightener (since I lost my corded one in a move) so I started using the Easymoss again. I have used it 4 times in the past week, leaving it on the charger when not in use and it is now only keeping a 20 minute charge. I only got through half my head yesterday. Grrrrrr.So less than a dozen times and it's pretty much useless.I am now in the process of trying to use the lifetime warranty and I cannot find information anywhere on how to do that. I am still looking but I am afraid since it has not been easy that they are out of business.

Straightener itself is good. Unfortunately the charger wasn't working shortly after my purchase and the straightener is no use to me if I can't charge it. According to AMZN customer service, the charger is not sold separately. Bummer.

I was so happy to purchase and recieved this item. But when recieved it, it would heat up and only last for like 5 minutes and would say low battery. I charged it several times but it would do the same thing.

Does not get hot enough.

I ordered this for my wife’s birthday and I received a used straightener. Even though it clearly states new. I would not recommend this especially if you’re buying it as a gift.
