Great quality, nonstick, dishwasher safe

The old 9x5 pans were a sight. Non stick beyond questionable and even a little dent in one. They still worked but it was time for replacement. And again I learned the lesson, still works is not the same as works good. Baked banana bread in this pan and I have never had such a beautifully browned, evenly browned and evenly baked loaf. It was extraordinary. The broad rims make handling the pan comfortable and easy which I was not expecting. For quick bread, I always line the pan with parchment that hangs over on the long sides and lightly butter the inside ends of the pan. I did the parchment but did not butter the ends. No sticking to the pan on either end. Cleaning was a breeze. Same excellent result with a new pumpkin bread recipe. This really was an upgrade.

I've used this pan probably 25-28 times, the majority of the time to bake a loaf of white, raisin, onion, wheat or brioche bread. Never had to grease/line the pan, the bread just pops out! Also used the pan for a classic beef stew, a peach cobbler, banana nut and blue berry loaves along with homemade macaroni and cheese. It washes easily with a quick soapy rinse. Lucky for me I got the Navy Blue pan which fits right in with my other cooking/baking pans. With all my baking it still looks brand new so the color and coating stands up nicely. Best advice: Don't use metal utensils, only wood or silicon.

I love the nonstick of this pan and the fact that it is dishwasher safe. However, be careful with what utensils you use in it as metal will scratch the coating. Also, when turned upside down in the dishwasher, the lip under the edge collects water and it is incredibly difficult to dry.

I continue to be impressed with the weight of the pan and how non-stick it is. I haven't had to use cooking spray with it for the pan to release.

Used this twice already- bread released beautifully with the help of pre-buttered lining. Haven't tried it without so I'm not sure how it would do without.

Good quality large bread pan at the right price

Love these bread pans. Have used them twice. I make three loaves at once and the pans are great. Very sturdy and bake evenly. I am very pleased and highly recommend them.

Very disappointed with how this pan bakes up bread. Maybe good for other baked goods but not for bread
