Works Like They Say It Works...Very Important!
I am working through my second bottle of ZenVita's Forskolin and it is working! I am in fact losing weight slowly but surely. I am diabetic and have moderate high blood pressure at 63 years of age. I work for a large box store and am on my feet at least 8-10 hours a day and walk about 2-3 miles or more in a shift. So my exercise I'm getting with all the up and down I do for arranging product and lifting. But the Forskolin is curbing my appetite and helping me to burn fat from my waist because I have dropped two inches in my waist (44 to a loose 42) and I've lost about 22-24 pounds. I had started with a different brand initially a number of months ago but changed to ZenVita's for the refill. I have definitely felt a difference with ZenVita over the previous brand (which was given to me by a relative). ZenVita Forskolin so far has lived up to all that they say about it and I follow the dosing directions closely. It definitely burns sugar (carbs) out of you and definately helps to dissolve fat. Because of I am diabetic I watch my diet pretty closely and stay on track. My cardiologist had told me my best option is to lose weight which I am accomplishing with the help of Forskolin. I'm almost ready to order my third bottle. It has never given me jitters, heart palpitations or caused any irregularities (it has never interfered with my blood pressure meds) other than I feel less hungry and have less cravings which I had experienced with previous brands.

Don't waste your time
In the absence of a certified lab analysis, there’s really no way to know exactly what one gets in any such product unregulated by the FDA. Not advocating regulation - that’s another trip wire for many reasons easily found on the internet, but it currently is the only means for guaranteeing product analysis. What to do? We’re left with using old fashion observation all scientists use since the scientific method began. At the risk of sounding gross, a simple stool specimen examination has so far proven reliable. The stronger forskolii products produce a fatty, greasy-like BM seen in the toilet and on TP. The toilet specimen is soft, ploppy, cow paddy-like having shiny yellow gem stone-like concentrations of fat, approximately 1/4” all over the surface. That would be the fat otherwise being absorbed by your body. The stronger, the more fatty residue produced that correlates with expected obvious weight loss focused in the abdominal area as it is supposed to do. This product produces very little of that, unfortunately. Ran the experiment numerous times comparing with other products that did produce those observable specimen effects. Using products advertising 20-40% content as a benchmark, I would put this product as one of those at something around 5% active forskolin. What this does mean is this product translates into being at least twice the cost of the decried Pure Sun’s product.Wanted to give seller on another platform opportunity to refund, but he was adamant we undergo the cost returning it. The product is $5 cheaper here, with free return. Not worth throwing good money to bad.

So far, so good
I am primarily taking Z.V brand of Forskolin for cellulite/dimpling reduction in my thighs. Last time I took Forskolin in 2013, it was 3 months before I noticed that my cellulite/dimpling disappeared...and stayed away for many years. So I still need to finish another bottle or 2 before I can more accurately assess. Other than that, I've noticed a small bit of tummy fat reduction and thatthe forskolin seems to support lean muscle maintenance, as long as I do my weekly fitness routine, which is very basic..2 aerobic sessions + small amt of random sit-ups/free weight sessions per week. 👍👍👍

Review After Several Months
Background Information:Sex: FemaleAge: 23Height: 5'10"Heaviest Weight: 160lbsLowest Weight: 139lbsCurrent Weight: 146lbs :)This is a long review so bear with me. So I bought this product because I not only heard the forskolin helps with dieting and weight loss, but is used to tried heart pain as well; Which is something I have been dealing with for the past five years due to a heart murmur. I'm not sure is the latter is true, but I did notice that the pain in my chest rarely bothers me anymore. I don't know if the two are connected but hey, I'll take what relief I can get. Anyway, so I've never actually struggled with my weight, even when I was at 160lbs a year ago. As long as I stayed in my BMI, and my body not fail me, I was fine. However, what I was concerned with was the constant addition and loss of weight over the course of days. One day I would way 140lbs, the next, 150lbs. At first I thought it was water weight, as I tend to go for weeks without eating or drinking much of anything, due to the lack of hunger. But after consulting my doctor, he said this was not the case. So, doing extensive (and I do mean extensive) research, I found this. Now like many of you, I was pretty skeptical when it came to weight loss pills; I still am in many cases. However, I still ordered a bottle, and within a week and a half, I weighed 139lbs... My goal was 145lbs. So to me, this product actually worked, but there is a catch. Though I weighed 139lbs, it only lasted for a little over a month before I found myself at 145lbs. Its not really a problem to me, as that has always been my ideal weight, but it got me to thinking why the product suddenly 'failed'.The reason?I wasn't eating.Like I said before, I have a hard time registering when I'm actually hungry, and forcing myself to eat three meals a day can make me ill. I can go months living off a diet worth less that 1,000 calories, to which is extremely unhealthy I know. Then, when my body realized it was hungry, I would binge eat for a day and gain back 5lbs.The other reason, is that I did to really exercise. I'm a college student, and work over-time at my job, so going to the gym is sometimes hard.I also, am a horrible insomniac. Statistics have shown that their is not only a connection between the amount of sleep you get and cognitive function, but also weight control. And third... When I did it, it was crap. So, does this product work? My answer, for myself only, is yes to an extent. But if you want to actually see results, your going to have to do a little ectra work.1) Make time to go to the gym. If not that, then find something active to do that will get you moving. It can even just be walking a few times around the block. You don't need to bench press 100lbs, or run 5 miles. Just do something that will get your blood pumping. Working out, even if it is a simple regime, will help jumpstart your metabolism alongside your supplements, and make you feel good from the release of endorphins.2) Think about what, and when you eat. You don't need to give up all your favorite foods to lose weight, but there should remain some semblance of self control. Make healthy meals that are rich in daily vitamins, minerals etc more a part of you diet, while snacks (like pickles for me) are a treat every once in a while. For me, I only drink one bottle of soda a day, and then down the daily 96 ounces of water through out the day.3) Actually eat. Do not starve yourself. If you do, your body will enter a mode, starvation mode, in which it will resist using the fat you have stored. So once you start eating again, your body will need time to adapt to the new influx of calories to burn, and store the overload as new fat.4) Get at least and at most eight hours of sleep. Too little sleep will make you feel exhausted, while too much will make you lethargic. Find your balance.5) And finally, set REALISTIC goals for yourself. Don't think your going to lose 10lbs in three days. If you are 6'00", do not set your goal to weigh 120lbs. Be aware of yourself, your body type/structure, your lifestyle and your health. Take it one step at a time, and enjoy yourself a little.Hope this helps you all out there :).
