Effective, durable & easy care
I have tried multiple night goggles and these by far are the best. I have ectropian (turned out eyelids), so I need something that isn't flat like a cloth eye mask. There aren't a lot of things on the market that I've found that give enough clearance to not hit the rims of my eyes. These are great. Because the whole thing minus the strap is silicone, it's easy to clean and even better, it holds in moisture. The previous type I used had foam padding around the edge of the eye cover and the fabric would come off the foam within 2-3 months. I've had these for months and they're great. Even better, they're a reasonable price.

It seems to help with dry eye
I always use a sleep mask, but I have problems with dry eye that seem to be getting worse. Drops alone didn’t help. My optometrist said my eyelids open just enough at night for my eyes to dry out. This mask seems to be helping if I put eyedrops in first. When I take it off, there’s moisture droplets in there. It completely blocks out light. I don’t know how well this would work for side sleepers. I tend to stay on my back. I took off a star for comfort. The silicone is soft and feels nice against my skin. But, it has to be on pretty tight to make a good seal. It irritates the sides of my nose, where my glasses sit. It also leaves a big mark across the bridge of my nose, where the connecting piece is. The strap placement is a little odd for me. To get the mask positioned over my eyes properly, the strap digs into the top of my ear a bit. I usually end up twisting the strap over each ear so that the edge isn’t riding there, but that makes it looser. I probably will end up switching out the strap somehow. Not a huge deal, but for the price, I didn’t think I would have to do any MacGyvering.

Stays in place, protects eyes
These actually stay in place. I tried a couple styles of the flat cloth masks with 3d padded socket areas. They would never stay in place as I toss and turn and rotisserie all night. These stay put. Not as soft, but I can live with that. At least these don't come off overnight. I do wake in the morning with more moist eyes, though I purchased these because I noticed my eyes would open and rub against my pillow as I sleep. Sometimes to the point of creating minor sores on my eye.

Very uncomfortable
I use a CPAP and I’m a side sleeper with extremely dry eyes. I read that a sleep mask would help by keeping the air out of my eyes. I choose this mask because it said it was silicone and very soft and perfect for side sleepers. Some of the traditional sleep masks cover too much of your face to enable to use with a CPAP mask. I wore the mask for 3 days before giving up. Laying on my back was a little more comfortable but that is not the way I sleep so I was awake more than I slept. Laying on my side it was very uncomfortable so I kept waking up in pain. The concept and size were good, but material needs to be much softer. A waste of my money. Not as advertised.

Fit is great, material needs help
Love the size and fit and works great with my CPAP but the material needs to be a softer more foam rather than rubbery

NEW AND IMPROVED!!
So I bought my 2nd pair of these this week, and wow I'm so happy they changed the bridge over the nose. The old ones we're ok but now that they changed this they're perfect. I too am a Cpap user and these keep my eyes from drying out from the air flow. I also wear contacts and the dry eye symptoms from contacts has improved as well. I love the head band that they use also, comfortable, adjustable, elastic and quality with a wide width..stitched on the the silicone. Not sure about the negative reviews I've seen on here, but these work great for me! If I had to complain about anything it would be that they are a little pricey. But the last one lasted me over a year and I still have it..also can be washed with soap and water. They fit well and there's even little droplets of water on the inside, in the morning when I take them off..I highly recommend!

So-So Sleep Mask
This sleep mask has pros and cons. The pros include that it is comfortable, easily adjustable, blocks light pretty well, and can be worn with my nasal CPAP mask. The biggest con is that it is not durable. Although the silicone part is sturdy and easy to clean, the adjustable strap is not. As you can see in the photo, the strap is starting to pill and fray after less than a year of use. I always hand wash them and handle them very carefully, so the fabric shouldn’t be this degraded this soon. Another con is that the sleep mask does not always stay in place. Sometimes one eye piece flips up or ends up askew. This is less likely to occur if I pull the strap super tight, resulting in a suction effect in the eye pieces. However, when the mask is that tight, it is not comfortable to wear and gave me a headache from the tension. Given how expensive each of these sleep masks are, I would expect much higher quality fabric and am very disappointed in this purchase.

The first sleep mask for my dry eyes that actually works.
I honestly want to cry. I’ve been dealing with dry eyes for about 1.5 years. The mornings have always been the worst time for my symptoms. I was told I sleep with my eyelids slightly open, which dries out my eyes.I literally tried every method and eye mask to help prevent those horrible morning symptoms (extreme dryness, burning, discomfort, etc.) including the Glad Press N Seal technique, TranquilEyes and the BlinkJoy Eye mask for examples.I am a side sleeper and none of these methods worked or felt comfortable. I would rip them off in my sleep. This MyHalos eye mask is the first one I’ve actually found comfortable and effective. The relief I feel is actually astounding. It doesn’t completely erase my symptoms but it dramatically improves them and for that, I am so immensely thankful. I wake up with little beads of moisture in the mask. For added effectiveness, I spray the inside of the mask with water before sleeping, along with my Ivizia nighttime eye gel.Thank you, thank you, thank you for creating this. I’m tempted to buy 10 of them so I can have them for the rest of my life. Please continue to always make these. They have already improved my sleep quality and quality of life within a few nights.
