Its a nail lamp
I bought this lamp as a beginner at home nail artist. It works well but after a month or so started to give off a slight high pitch squeal. It's not unbearable but I'd prefer it wasn't there. The top comes off for easy cleaning of the bottom plate, it's touch sensitive and you can set it up to flash cure.

Lamp does not cure properly
Does not cure gel nails completely. I tested the lamp on a plastic nail mold, using proper gel application - primer, base coat, two coats of polish, and a top coat. Each coat was cured with this lamp for 60 seconds as is usually done, and top coat got extra time of 120 seconds. I took the completed gel polish off the nail mold and the under layers were still sticky, not hard. DO NOT USE THIS LAMP. It will not cure properly and will cause you to develop a gel allergy!!!
