I bought 2 and about 10 days later it arrived. The box from manufacturer stated that there were 2 inside. In other words, the box was made to hold and ship 2. The box looked rough. Like it had been opened and re-tapped close, 5 times or so. There was only 1 in the box. Felt like I got the shaft. Not worth my time to try and fix. Just bite the bullet and move on. Lesson learned.A week after arrival, I got an email from Amazon where they were refunding the payment for the one I had been missing. I wonder how they knew that. I didn't complain to anyone. Nonetheless, I'm glad someone made it right. I would rather of had the product, however I'm glad to get reimbursed.

this is a great product I've used on many projects flames as advertised the only reason i give less stars is because the price ...and compared to the prices of other like items on amazon it's a fair price but if u go online at lowes or home depot this only will cost you just over 10 bucks and homedepot and lowe's will do curbside pickup as well as ship it to u relatively quickly .....i didn't know this till i had already bought and used this same product from here or i would never have bought it...but other than that great quality product....

I liked that the seller had responded right away and resolved issues I had with the product. There tanks are a great size and a great product.
