Most useful thing I've purchased lately
I've been doing a juice and whole foods cleanse and ordered these to help prepare the various herbs, mostly parsley, for my salads. This product makes my life so much easier! No more struggling to chop with a knife, hold the herbs down and not get your finger in the process. These are so easy to use and work well. They came with a little plastic brush for releasing extra herbs that get stuck between the blades, which also works perfectly. My one complaint is it does seem a lot more gets stuck between the blades than cuts through, but the brush makes it so all of the pieces are still useable. I highly recommend these shears!
