***Another update: the metal is very pliable and I thought it would easily snap. It has held up so far with me constantly reshaping it and it even got stepped on. A month later, so far so good!*** **Update: might not be worth the price. The metal is soft and bends easily. I thought i was receiving 2 for the price. Probably will try a different type of ring next time.** Never thought about needing a tension ring. But trying to crochet with my left hand holding tension doesn't work anymore. I love this ring!! It came in a cute gift box with a thank you note, which I thought was nice. I ordered the larger size but think the 7-10 size would have been fine. It's easily tightened to fit any finger.

I was having issues with tendinitis because of my attempts to hold yarn tension very tight when making anything in the round such as doll heads, stuffed animals and the like. I am also a lefty and tension rings I have tried in the past have failed every time. The design of this makes it perfect for either hand, any finger. Only con is there are no instructions on how to set it up and even the pictures/video are not very helpful. It can be figured out.

This wrong is so flimsy and kept sliding my finger. Now it’s shifted so much to where I can’t properly use it anymore and it causes finger pain to use. That was only after a few uses. I would recommend to try a different style of ring and not this one.

Liked fit and color. Going to see if this helps wearing this. It’s suppose to help with gauge when crocheting.

Even though it's flexibility can be seen as a plus, It can also be a negatitive.It also can shift on your finger while in use, which is a REAL PAIN. Too much bending, and in ways you cant fix making it hard Fit correctly again.I do worry about it eventually snapping or breaking from the repetitive bending, but it hasn't happened so far.

I put it on my finger, got the yarn wrapped through it and the yarn kept sliding so I tried tightening the ring and the yarn still kept slipping so I bent the ends of the ring in to my finger and the yarn kept getting tangled up on my finger. I would return it but since it was so cheap I am not going to bother with it. It a waste of money. It is a great idea, just not well made.

Beautifully made, moldable but strong, 100% perfect tension. AND the packaging was a wonderful surprise! I have bought two!

I still can’t crochet for crap but this was so helpful while I’m trying to learn.Im a hardcore crafter. I love to paint and draw and I kept seeing th se wooble things or whatever they’re called and I wanted to try something. This wasn’t included in a kit so I got it separately and to be honest I’d wear it just as a ring piece because it’s just cute. It works well and I have zero complaints! It’s adjustable so it can fit on any size finger!
