Fit great on a 2018 dodge caravan

I knew the day would come eventually to replace this housing since it’s made of cheap plastic, had a few people recommend this one to me and it’s a lot less expensive than the alternative from Dorman, you notice it in a few places like the lack of instructions with torque specs, and everything already put together in the box (you might like that part, but i would like to inspect all the parts of the housing before installing), but in the end its still a replacement filter housing made of aluminum. same build quality as the other.All I needed to do on my end was swap out the oil pressure sensor off my oem housing and place it on the new one because they are different. not a big deal.happy with the results so far I did the job roughly a week ago now and oil pressure is steady and no noticeable leaks.Maybe i’ll update this review in the future if anything changes.make sure you do your spark plugs and coils while you’re doing this job since everything is already pulled apart for it.

This part worked great. While the installation was somewhat difficult due to poor design by the manufacturer, the replacement kit included everything needed. The metal housing (instead of plastic) is a definite advantage.Some reviewers mentioned issues with one of the sensors not fitting correctly, requiring a connector swap from the old part. I experienced this too, but it was relatively simple to fix and not a major problem. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase and most importantly - NO MORE LEAKS!

This unit WILL NOT fit all 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Sahara vehicles. The Oil Pressure Sensor while looking quite the same at the factory unit, it is slightly larger and WILL NOT work. The factory unit is 68295556AA and could be replaced if this unit were purchased with https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CJ1ZPYFN?smid=A3J2XAMLCO9BT6&psc=1 ... Apparently the 2018 Wrangler JK 3.6L is the only year that requires the specific Oil Pressure Sensor. Of course we are not able to tell the sensors used on all 2018 JK Sahara vehicles YMMV.

Ordered the part for my 2013 Dodge Journey. Good quality, it arrived within 24 hours of purchase. It was installed the same day. AutoZone, an other auto part company’s wanted $200 plus dollars for this exact part! No complaints, satisfied customer!
