Shreds parmesan, fresh ginger and garlic with ease (not all at once obviously). The handle is well made and it cleans in the dishwasher just fine. I can see this lasting years and years. Perfect.

I originally bought the "Deiss PRO Citrus Zester & Cheese Grater"(the narrow one, same brand) but quickly realized it wasMASSIVELY flawed, design-wise, and it was ideal for cuttingyourself multiple times, bleeding profusely and then hurting fora couple of days while your scarred digits heal.Not a good design AT ALL!This one however is MUCH better!It's robust, solid quality, wide, and it has a protective framearound the grating element.If I HAD TO pick something I didn't like, it'd be the length of it(could easily be 20-30% shorter) and the grating element beingslightly convex.I don't know why they did it. It doesn't have any ergonomicfunction I can think of! The grating element's convexity onlyincreases the risk of whatever you're grating slipping off to eitherside.It should be straight/flat. Not concave, not convex...just flat!

Brilliant bit of kit, a must for the kitchen, have used and used, don’t know what I did without it. Watch your fingers tho as it’s very sharp 👍

Really good grater , I replaced 2 of my graters that broke with this one , Its sturdy does not bend , I use for Parmesan cheese, and easily does the job, I highly recommend the quality is spot on.

This product is durable and effective. Bought this to use at a summer cottage. Also own a Microplane zester, and this zester is just as effective and seems sturdier.

Bought this to replace my Microplane. Really like the shape (no crevices for zest to get stuck in), zests well, cleans up easily, love the rubber "feet" (to stop slippage). What more could you want?

I don't know how I lived without this tool. It is an amazing cheese grater, prefer using it to a garlic press, and is an amazing citrus zester. Sturdy, ergonomic, slip proof, easy to use and clean, a true gem for the home chef. Highly recommend it.
