The item came with broken pressboards. Upon inspection everything looked fine. As I began to assemble the frame the pieces started falling apart. My request for a refund was met with an expectation of putting everything back in the box and shipping it back to receive my money back. When I reached out to Amazon for help I was told a special team could help me because I was unable to repackage the product. The special team said I have to repackage and ship as per the sellers instructions. So here I am. No dresser and no money. Save yourself the hassle and skip this item!

unfortunately for me, the dresser did not work out as i was sent a faulty one and ended up taking it to the dump. the seller was nice enough to issue me a full refund after talking things over. definitely would’ve kept the dresser if the pre-drilled holes were aligned properly.
