Really nice shampoo. I like the smell too. It smells "fresh". I decided to change from my usual brand to this (identified on the EWG database) because I was shedding loads of hair, and my scalp felt sensitive and sometimes itchy. This shampoo helped alleviate this after two washes and at first glance I think I am shedding less hair. Will need more time to assess this better.

Reason for only 4 stars? There was no packaging, the bottles were rolling around the box and one top was very loose, and some of the product leaked out all over the other bottles!I love, love, love the product! I have been using it for years. I used to get shots in my scalp bcs my scalp would itch to the point that I would scratch, and it would weep and crusty. My dermatologist would give me shots all over my scalp and it would calm down. I went "totally organic" with everything all the way down to dental floss and pantiliners, only non gmo food, grass fed meat and wild caught fish/seafood.I no longer need shots in my scalp! I have been itch free for about 15 yrs. I highly recommend this product.

It lathers well and is thick consistency. Smells nice without being overwhelming. Lasts a long time as you don’t have to use a lot.

My sister recommended this shampoo and it was definitely a good change to my scalp. I love it so much I subscribed to monthly deliveries. It is gentle, does not have harsh chemicals and leaves your hair feeling very clean, I am fan. Now the scent is not overpowering but a light mint and herb smell. I also tried the lavender but like this one the best.

The bottle arrived on time. The bottle leaked some. There was no seal on the bottle, like it has already been opened. Usually when I get liquid it is wrapped in plastic.

My child has been genetically "gifted" with his fathers seborrheic dermatitis on his scalp. We are a "clean" family and I usually craft our own shampoo. However, it became a bit time consuming crafting several shampoos every month. I ordered this understanding the basis of the ingredients~This hit all the marks. My teen loves this shampoo, I do as well. He has stopped scratching his scalp at the end of the day. He can even skip the blow drying without any risk of inflammation throughout the day.

I wish I would have read negative reviews. I read just enough positive reviews to convince me that it would probably work great for me. My primary problem is itchy and flaky scalp. I had tried putting a couple of drops A regular teacher he oil in my shampoo the week before and the results were terrific, I noticed a definite decrease in the itchy scalp and my hair turned out really full and shiny and really a nice result. So when I read about this product in all of its healthy ingredients including Teatree oil I thought I would give it a try.Unfortunately, my experience was very similar to several of the negative reviews. After shampooing I struggled to get a comb through my short hair. Once I had it styled it was like straw. Very dry, very flat and lifeless and very unflattering.That was two days ago. Today I called the company directly. Their response was they were sorry that I had not found it satisfactory but their suggestion was to buy their conditioner, that the two Tea Tree scalp normalizing products worked best together. They did take my information and gave me a reference number, so that I could call them back if after I purchased the conditioner I still wasn't happy with the product.So, after reviewing the reviews on the conditioner I feel I will be money ahead to just toss the shampoo look for another product altogether.Maybe I'll just stick with my regular shampoo, put a squirt in my hand add a couple of drops of Tea-tree oil and call it good. It worked for me last time and no conditioner required.
