These are essentially the same thing as the Autofiber Saver applicators but a little taller. The 3x5 size was perfect for applying ceramic coating to the boat I recently did. I was able to work confidently knowing I had a better handle on this pad while applying the coating (the boat was still docked and raised out of the water on a HydroHoist system). Once the pad was appropriately primed with coating each addition of coating to the pad after that was much less than the initial priming.I'll see how the pad works on a mid-size SUV to see if these potentially speed up the application process.

Works great, feels great out if the package. As with any applicator you shouldn't try to use the same one over and over, the Rag Company always delivers on their quality. These applicators work well for many types of chemicals, from ceramic coatings, hybrid coatings and interior detailers. I haven't and wont use for tire coatings.

Excellent durability and stiffness for applying coatings, waxes, and sealants. I would use these for windows and for evenly applying any type of coating or sealant on panels versus the circular/round ones. TRC definitely lives up to their name and reputation. Easy to use like any other sponge and fits perfect in the hand without leaving too much gaps in what you're doing. Washes well like other microfiber rags with R2R. Best of all, you get 6 per pack, and when it's on sale they are even better value for the money.

I have done ceramic coatings on several vehicles in the past and I always used the little applicator pad and small clothes included with most ceramic coating "kits". I just did my first vehicle with these Rag Company no soak applicator pads and it was awesome! They are much bigger than the pads included with most kits, they are easy to hold onto, don't let the product soak into the foam. They make applying the ceramic coating go twice as fast in my opinion. They can be used on both sides, so 6 pads gives you 12 uses. After I have used one side, I use a sharpie and put a black "X" on the used side so I know it was used.I highly recommend these applicator pads. I got the 3" x 5" size.

These are advertised as no-soak and I think they do that well. The internal sponde is soft enough yet stiff enough for most application jobs. The only small downside is I think they're a little to large for ceramic applications and the microfiber surround hold a lot of product. Personally I woul prefer a smaller applicator then a microfiber cloth for buffing and cleaning surfaces.

Been using The Rag Company products for a while now, mostly their drying and detailing towels. I use these application sponges for applying liquid waxes to my vehicle. They are the perfect size, not too big not too small and wash nicely. Highly recommended.
