I am a 33year old, 5’2” and 190lbs, mom of 2 who wears a size 14/16 (XL, depending on brand). I carry most of my weight in my lower belly, of course where I cramp. The heating pad works great, the vibration I could see it working for others, just not me. I would definitely recommend this to others that are a smaller size than I am. The strap that goes around you is extremely tight! I have it at the biggest setting and it is cutting into my hips/muffin top. I wish the strap was longer or an attachment to make the belt longer. I would have no issue purchasing the extender strap.

I got extremely tired of running to the kitchen to heat up the infamous rice hot pack in the microwave. It always was at 11 PM. This thing is a life saver. With different settings and a timer, I can enjoy my late night shows and sleep. Totally a selfish move, but a move worth making. The adjustable strap makes it comfortable for any size. Really awesome for period cramps and also for low back pain! I personally dont love the vibration function bc I feel like it makes my stomach hurt more by moving it around? But the heating function is great! Now I dont have to keep using those disposable heating packs!

Now that it's winter, I also get tummy aches whenever I get chilly too.This has been great. I already have a tummy warmer from a different brand but the price of that went up. So I figured I tried a different brand.This is super simple to use and the elastic is very easy to adjust. So between myself and my two kids. We share this all the time. (They also get tummy aches every now and then when they eat food that contains dairy. So using a heating pad is easier than the heated bean bags. Especially since they can walk around with it.)Love this.I like the massage mode as well. I fine that sometimes my cramps grows into an ache, and the vibration although not as strong as a massager, still helps.I've occasionally worn it into the office too.
