Nice soft medium weight cotton high waisted underwear gets 5stars. I personally found the companies size chart to be accurate. A maidenform boyshort in size 7/xl fits me, these in xl also fit perfect. Normally I prefer something cuter but after my TAH surgery I realized I needed a different style with a little support and in 100% cotton. These are advertised as postpartum but I figured they might work well for me too and they definitely do! The grey band at the top of ea. pair is a double layer so it securely holds my abdominal pad against my incision, but not so tight as to be uncomfortable. The sewing of all edges on mine look and feel excellent i.e no rough edges, its super soft all over, it doesnt irritate my sensitive skin at all. the edging is so well done it was tricky at first for my husband (who was helping me the first few weeks when i couldnt do much on my own) to figure out at a glance when they were inside out or not because it looked as nice and smooth on both sides *not impossible just look for the printed label )no itchy tags here. but not obvious with a glance : )Bonus ~ I think the extra high waist with sturdy elastic band provides added support giving the booty a little added lift.Material is thick/tough (but soft!) enough to withstand being tugged and yanked on multiple times as I pull them up/down one handed (part of my coping tactic while I heal)Despite the sort of rough handling and multiple washings they have kept their shape and still look brand new.Recommend for fellow hystersisters and any others looking for support post belly surgery, best wishes on your healing journeys 💜

I really like the feel of these. I have been aware of Jockey hipsters for years and years and years. I think these are going to be my new go-to. Although, I would say the XXL is just a bit too large, but I think the XL might be too small. The material is comfortable, they stay up and don't slide down. I just really like them. I usually wear a sz. 15 in jeans for reference.

Ok- so I didn’t realize these were post partum. Lol. WHO CARES! I am 53, in moderately good shape, 150lbs, and needed comfy underwear.OMG. THESE ARE amazing. I love them. They are cute, comfortable, and I actually like wearing them. What???!?!? No way! Yup. I do.So sexy too! Pair with cute converse and a push-up bra and ta-da!!! It’s on!!

I’ll be the first to admit I was very skeptical at first but I’m so glad I made this purchase. They’re so comfy, they don’t roll down or ride up, and they’re breathable. I definitely plan on buying several more packs!

Well it’s on me for ordering wrong. I thought I could use these overnight when I have my period but they’re way too thin for that. Anyway I can still use them as regular underwear. I’m 5’7” and weigh 290 lbs. 5x would fit exact but I got a 6x so that it’s loose.Update: I wore one. It’s comfortable. Very comfortable. I can still use this as regular underwear and I can put reusable pads in as needed so it’s not a total loss but the AI feature on here told me this was a period underwear and it’s not. Just fyi don’t get fooled like me. The 5x would fit perfectly for day time use on me but I like loose underwear during my period. For regular underwear it’s super comfortable and affordable. I still recommend it

This underwear is very comfortable. It keeps its shape well and has held up perfectly after many washings. I have purchased these in different colors three times so far and will buy again when they need replacement

My absolute favorite. I've been wearing them for about 2 years and wish I discovered them years ago. They are soft, non-binding, very comfortable, don't roll or slide up or down, hold up after multiple washing, and even give the tummy a little lift. What's not to like?

For reference, I'm 5'3", ~260lbs, and usually wear a US size 22 in pants.Based on the size guide, I purchased the 3x in black and found they run true to size. They are seriously the most comfortable underwear I've ever owned!! I first purchased these about a year ago and wore the pairs I bought so much while ignoring all other pairs in my drawer that I ordered more!They're soft, have held up through numerous upon numerous washes over the past year, offer complete coverage for me and most important, at least for me, the elastic isn't super tight which is such a relief because I often get pressure hives from my clothes when a elastic in clothing is too tight.So glad I came across these last year and they're my favorite!
