Concrete Foundation Crack Repair Kit - Ultra-Low Viscosity Polyurethane - FLEXKIT-1150-10

The kit was quite complete.I just needed a way to squirt water in the ports.I bought a small condiment bottle at the dollar store and added a piece of aquarium tubing .The instructions are good and easy to Follow.I had one issue quickly resolved by their customer service.A+ experience!

The 2 cylinders are heavy while holding up & swizzling the trigger can be exhausting. Make sure to have gloves on & paper towels around the outlets before taking the tube off. Masks on, floor covered with plastic too!! Read all directions before starting.

I was really excited to use this kit on a customer's cracked monolithic foundation wall, it worked as described, the only issue I has, which became catastrophic was after the first 3 plugs, the foam started setting in the nozzle, had to quick change it out, working faster this time, got an additional 5 plugs, and then the same issue occurred, luckily I bought a different kit for an adjacent crack, and it's chemical reaction was a lot slower allowing me to finish off my initial repair, and lasted long enough to proceed to the other crack. Like I said, it got the job done, but would advise ordering at least 3 extra mixer injection nozzles

The epoxy used to attach the injection ports and cover the crack surface needs to come in a larger quantity. For my situation I barely had enough to complete the job. The box only come with two sets of rubber gloves, additional pairs should be considered.The two part injection chemicals, works wonderfully. The injection gun, was equally wonderful.
