Love this tablet!We purchased this large screen tablet so my mother would be able to read ebooks. Her eye sight is worsening and we thought this would help! And it has! The screen is so clear & the type is large enough for her to use with ease!! The tablet has enough memory for lots of usages too. The price wasn't bad either, especially after I checked my phone carrier's prices on tablets!!

Upon receiving item it was everything I expected, was being using mostly for sheet music. The only downside wsa the touch screen adhesive was weak and the touch screen part of the tablet became disconnected. Currently working with the manufacturer to get a replacement. The process seems to be going well will update once I get a response back on the replacement Update: item has been replaced and the new one is in great condition. Good and quick service.

Very poor quality. Unable to get it to hold a charge. Have not been able to use them at all. Stuck in a drawer and will never be used. Very disappointed in this purchase.

I had to replace the first tablet. It worked at first but developed issues after about 5 months. However, the seller was very supportive and replaced the tablet with no issue. The second tablet has been working just fine. No issues and it works very well. It's a very nice tablet.

First let me start by saying I only wanted a tablet to stream on. And that’s all I use it for. No games, no texts, no emails just streaming.That being said, I love the screen size which was the most important thing to me. I use it in my travel trailer bedroom. And the picture is great by standards.My only complaint would be with the buttons. Volume and power. It took me a hot minute to get the right touch. They seem fussy, touchy and fragile to me.The picture is great by my standards

The tablet is light weight and very easy to handle. I was able to even use it for adding my transactions into my company's Quickbooks program!!I had questions and customer service took care of me promptly. I would recommend this tablet to everyone.

I needed a large screen due to vision issues, so I selected this tablet in July, 2024. Paired it with an AirTurn pedal for music performances and can attest the Bluetooth connection is solid. The unit performed beautifully.After 5 months of moderate use, the screen began exhibiting frequent ghost touches in the upper left corner, which rendered it unusable. None of the usual remedies (cleaning the screen, reboot, reset) made any difference.Conversation with seller (CXC DIrect) quickly yielded a full refund. They were very good to work with.The tablet was everything I wanted, but unfortunately, it couldn't quite stand up to the uses for which I needed it.
