Absolutely love this set! I’ve pretty much swapped out my weights for these bands—they’re so much more practical and still give me an amazing workout. The different resistance levels are perfect for mixing things up, and I love how compact everything is. It takes up hardly any space and is so easy to set up. The door anchor and handles feel really sturdy too. Great value for the quality and versatility!

Great product. Bought to throw in the suitcase for going away, gives a great, versatile workout when you don't have a fully equipped gym on hand.

The media could not be loaded. This resistance bands set has made working out at home incredibly easy, especially on busy days when I don’t have time for the gym. With 4 resistance levels, handles, door anchor, and a carry bag, it gives me a full-body workout anytime, anywhere. The best part is that the resistance increases at the peak of each movement, which actually makes some exercises more effective than using dumbbells. I use it for strength training, stretching, and core work, and it’s helped me stay consistent without needing much space or time. The protective sleeves are a nice touch too durable, safe, and comfortable. No more excuses this set really keeps me on track. However, the only thing I am going to look out for is the compatibility of the handles with the bands which feels a bit mismatched but it does the job. As for durability- I’m going to keep an eye out and update! It’s appropriately weighted and the length is ideal- I have a wide armspan and it’s suitable- but you can adjust grip to make it work for you and provide a little more or less resistance

Excellent quality bands. The wedges stay firmly in the doors and the handles attach easily and are comfortable to use. It comes with a small instruction booklet that actually did give me a few ideas too. These seem like they should last well hopefully.

The bands seem substantial enough and made from decent quality materials.The handles aren’t great - the fabric doesn’t move around within the handle so they can feel wonky when holding and moving at different angles. The bands differ in stretch which is obviously good but they also differ in length which makes transition between them inconsistent

Start on yellow band or you might pay for it the next day. Great kit this though!

Used twice and is great. Love the simplicity of this product and the quality seems decent. Comes with handles and an exercise sheet.
