This can opener fulfilled my expectations,not had a can it hasn't been able to open as yet.Update August the handle has broken,shame it was a very good opener while it lasted,this opener is let down by poor design ,the handle that turns the opener has a knurled shaft that fits in to a plastic hole in the handle,must be a friction fit because when the plastic no longer grips the shaft you are left with a non functioning opener,shame because I thought this was a great tin opener,hence marking it down from 5 stars.

It was good for like 18 months, but then stopped working. I was maybe using it twice per week.I can’t advise to buy it.

Not only does the handle fit in my hand it also fits in my wife’s hand too!So both men and women can use this product with ease.My wife wanted a tin opener but I couldn’t find one. So instead we got a can opener. It does the job of a tin opener also!She was so happy. And because the handles are rounded it doesn’t hurt our hands either. Who would have thought a can opener would be able to open tins, bottles and so much more.

I was looking forward to using this can opener, but it was useless. The handle wouldn't turn and the cutter didn't cut. It's advertised as being good for arthritic hands, but the handle is stiff and doesn't turn at all. Save your money and don' buy this can opener! I'd give it less than 1 star if it was available.
