I made a mistake cutting a food item on the silicon baking sheet. I learned my lesson which required my having to purchase new sheets. Luckily, that had them at a good price point. So I have three different sizes. It was worth it. I also had to clean the bottom of my oven. A little elbow grease and now I tried the new sheets with my homemade fish and chips. Rather than fry the fish, I just baked them. Cutting down on the fat in oil fried fish. Baked fish taste very good. The batter turned out great. I like these sheets. Baked items just slip right off with not sticking. Thanks for a wonderful product on amazon.

I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about using baking mats. But I didn’t like having to use so much parchment paper. I wish I bought them years ago! They are solid and easy to clean.

Very handy for the kitchen, non stick and easy to clean.

These mats work very good. No more need for cooking spray for my cookie and biscuit pans. I use the smaller one the most. The other 2 are the same size and need trimming to fit the pans that I have. But that would be ok too.

But, I don't know why you wouldn't!These are soooo handy. Saves time on cleanup and your recipes will come out awesome leaving not a crumb sticking to pots and pans! It's great to get a pack. The small one gets a lot of use!Wash them and dry before use, watch excess heat and remove before self cleaning your oven

I use these every time I bake. My baking pans look brand new because these mats do all the hard work and make clean up a breeze. Very easy to clean - just wash with dish soap and hot water and they are good to go.
