The stability is fabulous! Great quality. A water bottle pocket on both sides is great for easy access. Zippers open and close with ease. The handle seems strong enough and great length for lugging all of the things around. Would recommend to anyone looking for a rolling backpack. The straps hide and click easily. (Purchased for a second grader and works perfectly) Definitely large enough to carry a laptop in a case, folders, lunch box, change of clothes, headphones, snacks, 2 water bottles, and a few extras.

Great bag. My granddaughter loved it. It also easy for her to carry up the stairs.

UPDATED REVIEW: 8/18/23Customer service reached out to me regarding the backpack and the zipper issue. At first they offered a full refund, but I really wanted the backpack to work so I asked if they could do a replacement because I did believe that perhaps the bag we got was defective. They agreed to a replacement and sent out one immediately after the discussion. The bag arrived pretty quickly and this one's zippers are functioning normally. We tried zipping and unzipping it quickly, haphazardly, etc and it stayed aligned. My kid gets her rolling backpack with working zippers and we're pleased. Customer service is absolutely amazing.----------------------OLD REVIEW: 8/7/23Wish I didn't buy this so early for my middle schooler because I would have done an exchange or a return if it happened again. The zipper keeps misaligning and it keeps splitting open. The bag isn't too full that it can't close correctly, the zipper teeth just don't meet right in some spots unless we zip it very, very slowly. Maybe I got a defective bag, at least I could only hope so given the price, but I would have done an exchange to see the other one did the same thing. So unfortunate that I'm out $80 for something that we have to treat gingerly when it's an item I bought specifically for durability.

Bought two for my kids (G3 and G6) to start the new school year.Good parts:1. lots of choice - color/paint for kids which is not available in big brands.2. The wheel seems strong after two month usage3. Spacious and versatile to get all kids’ school stuffs inBad parts:1. It has some cheap smell (those smell was normal/common back 20 years in canvas bags) I haven’t experience smell in big brands these years. I put the bags under the sun for two days before let kids use them2. It is not strong built. My son one day came back with separated handle (screws were gone) I did a quick fix w/o bother to return it.

The media could not be loaded.  Love this roller backpack EXCEPT… the inside space was really small in each of the compartments and didn’t fit all my daughter’s school books and folders. SOLUTION… we cut out the inside pouch/ lining between the largest and next zipper to create one large open cavity inside the backpack. This fits just great and work for us! Before everything was getting caught up when we were putting books and what not into the backpack and was a big hassle for us. And, we couldn’t fit her lunchbox and all her books in the same compartment but but now it all fits together. Check out the video I posted as a for example!

I got this backpack for one of my kids, and the handle got dented after just a few months (from what sounded like a minor impact of someone tripping on it at school). I tried to repair it or get spare parts from the manufacturer, but couldn’t repair it and never heard back from the company. Threw it out and got him a backpack from a well-know brand that has been around for years. No issues with that one. Unfortunately, my other kid convinced me to get him a Tilami rolling backpack because of the color. Well, on that one, screws started coming out of the handle after a couple of months, we kept putting them back in, but finally the handle all fell apart at school. Will have to throw this one out as well after 4 months of use.

Good quality and size. Wheels are smooth. You can wear as a backpack or roll it. It does have some weight to it though for wearing it on a small kids back.

It’s perfect for my daughter ,she love it and it easy for her , she’s using everyday in school and friends love it

Compré esta mochila para llevar mis libros que son muy pesados. Creí que la mochila sería mas grande, pero ya viendola fisicamente, no es tan espaciosa. El material interior que recubre el bastón para tirar de ella no es de muy buena calidad, se percive muy delgado, facilmente razgable. Por lo demas, tiene los suficientes compartimientos para poner cosas mas pequeñas, como plumas, celular, una botella de agua o refesco, eso esta aceptable.

Casi no pesa, súper funcional, de muy buen tamaño
