These are very comfortable ankle/wrist weights. Well made, smooth to the touch, and strong velcro to keep the weights tight throughout your workout. I like that the 1.5 lbs is marked on each weight since I have several other weights that are unmarked, making it difficult to know the weight I'm working out with.I deducted a star solely based on the high price of $30 for a pair of weights.

I really like these weights. They are really comfortable - I've never had this type of weight with the beads before. They conform to my body and are more comfortable than ones I've had that had metal "plates" for weight.I do light exercises with my legs wearing these and they provide just enough resistance to help with strengthening. In the picture I attached you'll see I also use these on my wrists when I walk. You might not think that just 1.5 lbs on your arm would be much of a workout, but it is.I'm going with 5 Stars on these, but I'm a bit concerned that other reviewers have had problems with the fabric not lasting. If the fabric starts to go, the beads are going to start to leak out and they will have to be tossed. I'll add to this review in a few months with a report on how they are holding up.

I can't find any issue with these Pvolve 1.5lb Ankle Weights.• FIT is excellent. They are adjustable with a velcro tab/ closure.• Outter fabric is VERY soft and feels very comfortable on my skin.• Didn't literally weigh them but they feel true to 1.5 lbs.• Nice deep black color. Even look nice on.• BEST FEATURE: They are filled with very fine sand so each weight conforms to your body. Feels extremely comfortable.I have other weights that are heavy silicone bricks attached to a velcro strip and though they work as weights they are not comfortable. They also leave outlines on my skin of each brick. Movement with that type of weight is a bit constricting because they impress into my skin.These weights are EXTREMELY comfortable. A++++++ quality!

I go to Pvolve in Los Angeles and occasionally do the classes at home as well via app. I ordered these ankle weights to have a set at home when I can't make it to the Pvolve studio. These are high quality ankle weights and the same as the ones in the Pvolve studio. It even comes with a free 7-day trial for new users. Highly recommend, these are comfy and stylish!

I’ve shopped around looking for ankle weights and these were recommend by Amazon to me. A few months ago I had total left knee replacement and ironically my doctor suggested I get some ankle weights to help strengthening my legs. These ankle weights are very soft and comfortable to wear with a strong Velcro strap to secure them around your ankle. These are ideal for seniors (or anyone for that matter) who aren’t as active as they once were. Just 30 min a day or every other day walking around the house will make a lot of difference. You can use them as intended or wrap them around wrists or hold them in your hands for arm exercises as well.
