Ys X: Nordics: Deluxe Edition - PlayStation 5

Decided to buy this a while ago because Ys 8 and Ys 9 was on ps+, and thoroughly enjoyed those two. This game was amazing, the ship battles were fun, the gameplay is YS and I would say gameplay wise it’s much better than 9 and 8. Story wise I’d say it’s slightly worse than 8, but still better than 9. Music is just as good as all the others. The game got delivered to me on time, no issues, great game, had loads of fun with it.

Awesome game perfect for those who like action rpg. I’ve played all the games in the series so it was a no brained to pick this one up. There is a new edition that is set to release later this year for those who want to wait to play the complete games with the new editions. Regardless this is still a great pick up especially if you can get it discounted, I got it for $25.

Amazing story, amazing combat, and amazing music! If you like Japanese RPGs, this one is PERFECT!

This is an excellent game. Easy to learn and challenging to master. Great story and character development. Enough content to keep you engaged while not being overwhelming. Nihon Falcom does it again.

It was a very fun game to play, from start to finish. The ost was cool too... not better than Ys 8, but a cool ost for sure.The story was suffucient to keep the player engaged, but it's still surpassed by Ys 8's story, by far.Even though, you'll get many hours of fun gaming and an interesting world to explore.PS: Play the game with Japanese voices, because the english dubs from NISA ain't good. There's also an NPC from the ship crew who seems to be a girl by all angles, but I don't if NISA's wocalizers took creative liberties with him, or if Falcom in fact is putting efforts into gaining Black Rick investments for promoting this kind of stuff... thankfully, it's such a minor NPC that it has no relevance in the game as a whole.

You cant go wrong with a PS5 game. My son wanted to purchase this game with his xmas money and simply loves it. It is hard to pull him away from the TV. But then that is typically the case with most kids playing video games. Overall good game

Didn't come with the art book despite it showing it will come with one. Other than that I enjoy Ys and this is no different. Would give 5 stars, but the missing art book is something I am sure many people would liked to get since they paid for it.
