It is stainless steel , mine does have a tiny bit of rust but not noticeable really, and I believe it might be from the pool water . Either way the rust is surface and isn't going to rust thru at all. The light is bright has colors but really green , red , blue are the best ones. Pretty good water fall I'd buy again

We created a pond in our backyard for some Koi. Figured a couple waterfalls would be a great way in introducing oxygen into the water and if they come with LED lights, even better. Installed them and they worked amazing for a month or so. Then some of the LED’s of one waterfall went out. Then a few more and then the same thing with the other waterfall. The waterfalls themselves work great. A nice even flow of water that looks great. But if you are highly focused on the lights to add to the ambiance of your space, these may not be for you.***UPDATE***So Longrun Direct reached out to me to get a better sense of what was wrong with my waterfalls. After explaining to them the light issue they sent me replacement light strips. I didn’t request it, they just wanted to try and fix the issue. I’ll be installing them this weekend. Hopefully the original ones were just faulty, but I’m really happy with how they reached out to correct the issue.

I purchased the 23” color falls kit a few months prior to installation just to make sure it would integrate with the construction of our backyard pond.As soon I received the kit I realized there was no need for all the anxiety I had built up over it. Very well made, great quality and value, it worth every penny.Comes with 23.6" Stainless steel waterfall x 1, 110V/230V Adapter power and 196.8" power cable, Scouring pad, 3 double sided adhesive tape, 3 Screw and burst tube, waterfall connector, Non-slip ring, 3 Rubber waterproof pad, Waterproof tape, RF remote control, Led Strip, 47.2" PVC Explosion proof tube, all you need is a submersible pump, I am using a 12v, it will be connected to a solar panel.This kit was SUPER easy to assemble. Being a perfectionist, I naturally took way more time than most people would take but I have to say it is perfect. Plugged it in and turned it on and my wife was instantly thrilled (made MY day). The auto-float valve works flawlessly.At night it looks beautiful I included a video, the lights are bright and the changing colors is a beauty to watch. Very happy with my purchase.

I purchased 3 different waterfalls to figure what the difference were and decide how to install it.This instructions on all 3 waterfalls are seriously lacking.Basically the purchase of the waterfall was determined by the price and the quality of the LED Bar. The light bar and price were middle of the road. If you don’t “need” the light bar you can probably find a similar unit for 1/2 the price.The LED was middle of the road. Not the brightest and not the dimmest. The inverter was smaller than some of the others so it will be easier to protect from the elements since it will fit in an outdoor receptical box. The controller is definitely the worst and you will need to rely on your phone to get more options. All 3 led bars fit in each other's slot so it will be nicer when the led needs to be replaced hopefully they are last a long time and don’t cost to much to replace but I don’t expect much.The construction and welding was comparable to the others and would give it a thumbs up.I like that this has two holes so I have an option of where I want to put the plumbing. A notch will probably have to be cut out so the cord comes out cleanly. (Photo included)The box came with the most plumbing parts of the 3 boxes. As with all the manufacturers, the fittings are garbage if you intend on having a problem free waterfall for a long time. I intend on using schedule 40 fittings for everything.On a side note, if you intend on embedding a waterfall make sure to get one with the longest tray lip. I am casting my shape into a newly poured wall out of foam. I can tear the foam out of the concrete after the wall has set.The lip is 4”.The water box is 3” then I have 2” -3” of concrete in front of the box. That leaves me with 1”-2” of a lip sticking out of the wall. I wish they had waterfalls with larger lips so the water can come out of the wall further.Basically most of these kits are meant to have hardy backer and tile in front of the waterfall.

I received an obviously used item. There was glue residue on the bottom where it had been installed, and permanent marker on it indicating where it was leaking, with the word "leaks" also written in marker. I hooked it up just to see, and it was pouring water out everywhere. I contacted Amazon, and they said contact the manufacturer. Of course, in China. I contacted them anyway and explained the situation. No reply at all. I just returned this garbage and ordered a stainless steel one for quite a bit less money. Much higher build quality than this acrylic glued together stuff.

So this is a mixed review. The product is solid and easy to install and I put it in place last August. We used it about 10 times before we closed the location up for the winter. The LED strip, which seems to be an issue worked fine those 10 times and did turn on once this spring, but now they are not working. I checked all connections and power to location is good. I have contacted the support email and have not received a reply. The pump is still working great but the LED is a big disappointment as that added a lot. I am hopeful I will receive an update on my request for a new LED strip as 10 uses seems a little limiting.UPDATE: I heard back from customer service and need to provide some photos which I will do shortly. I feel more confident that this will get sorted.

Perfect! All the extra parts made it easy to assemble. Works perfectly. Love the lights, all the different modes and colors. Easy to clean, pipe cleaner fits great between the acrylic.
