Awesome dvd great prices and fast delivery

They are companions and are easy to place around the house. I have a house full of gamers and work from home, so I was expecting some relief on my electric bill, and it worked out well.

Disappointing performance from this American-style energy saver. It did not meet the expectations set by its advertisements, and I'm left wondering if it even works as intended.

"Back in Black" not withstanding, AC/DC have never even come close to equaling what they produced when Bon Scott was alive. And from their beginning to the final Scott album, the classic "Highway to Hell", they just seemed to get better and better! And here we have an entire concert from that tour, filmed in Paris, which shows them at their absolute peak and includes backstage and interview documentary footage!And, on top of all that, it's quite simply one of the GREATEST Rock and Roll concert films ever made...so WHERE'S THE DVD?!?!? I thought this would be one of the first things they released when DVDs became mainstream, after all, it didn't take long for it to appear on stereo hi-fi VHS in the mid-1980s and I even saw it for rent several times. But to this day, the VHS is all we have!! And that simple fact is one of the great mysteries of the modern media rock era!I captured and burned this on a DVD-R myself but, as anyone who has ever done that knows, it's a little grainy and stereo is the only audio option so the lack of a re-mastered professional release with 5.1 or 6.1 sound is nothing short of unacceptable! (At least I was able to re-mix it while capturing it so it sounds a little better). And, sorry, "Family Jewels" comes close but, if you're happy with that, you've never seen "Let There Be Rock"!!The song list is below and, yes, each song is featured in its entirety, this isn't one of those pieces of garbage that only show snippets of songs before going back to the documentary footage.Bottom line: DVD or no DVD, if you like Rock and still own a VCR there is NO EXCUSE for not already owning this tape. Excellent DVD great footage of Bon Scott

I got this for the limited edition packaging and the fact that it was Blu-ray. It was on sale (~17.50)so that was great too - I wouldn't have gotten it otherwise). But I am SO GLAD I did. Angus is insanely entertaining and getting to see AC/DC in concert is a privilege that I got to enjoy in person too. They still got it! Can't go wrong with AC/DC! Very cool packaging and the video/sound quality was excellent.

Je ne me souviens plus très bien ...1980 , un peu plus , un peu moins ...Baskets blanches , jeans de haut en bas , lycéen ...Interne interné dans un internat , une croix en hauteur en guise de repère spirituel .Une soirée printanière de fin Mars , Avril , Mai où presque fin Juin ...( Ma femme qui m'aide à construire ce texte très personnel me dit que ces 2 précédentes lignes sont totalement dénuées d'intérêts et que je risque de perdre mes lecteurs ...Je n'en suis pas certain . Il est toujours important de situer son texte dans le temps quand on parle de saisons . Parler de printemps en Décembre où Janvier serait une hérésie . C'est mon humble avis . )BREF !! Youpi Tralala Alors !!Quelque chose c'est passé .Ce film laissera des traces .Je naviguerai encore quelques temps au millieu de sons et d'artistes respectables mais le ROCK , celui qui diffuse cette chose inexplicable s'accrochera à mes tympans avant ma majorité et pour toujours .Une soirée printanière ..AC/DC au ciné-club de l'école catho ..Oui , maintenant je m'en souviens très bien .

Dopo aver visto "Live at River Plate" pensavo di non prendere più nulla degli AC/DC, poichè è difficile superare un tale apice di musica, spettacolo, coinvolgimento del pubblico e qualità delle riprese audio-video.Ma ricordavo di aver visto al cinema negli anni 80' "Let there be Rock" è ho deciso di comprarlo in versione BluRay.Devo dire che sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla qualità audio-video accettabile, considerando che sono riprese di oltre 40 anni fa.Ma la cosa più importante è il contenuto che offre uno spaccato di quegli anni con Bon Scott ancora al microfono, Angus scatenato, allora come 30 anni dopo a Buenos Aires. Phil che fa un giretto con la sua Porsche.Lo spettacolo scenico non è ancora grandioso come qualche anno più avanti, ma le idee effervescenti di Angus ci sono già tutte.Grandiosi AC/DC, da non perdere.
