Q: If I spray this on my small rocks that are in my planters will it work and is the smell tolerable for in-house use?

Product works well outdoors. I would cover my hands, nose and mouth while applying it though. Not sure about indoor use because it has a strong scent, but it does eventually wear off and becomes somewhat tolerable.

Q: How often do you need to respray this?

Every couple of days depending on the weather.

Q: Is this product waterproof ?? Or will rain rinse it away ?

you need to apply after rai as it waters the scent down

White vinegar will neutralize most odors.
