It does drip after pouring a glass. It also didn’t come with the bolt tightening tool. Good thing I had one from my 1 gallon pitcher , so I just used that.Other than that it was an ok buy.Stand was bent too. Smh Price should be a little lower in my opinion.

there were no instructions for assembly of the pour spout to the glass container. The legs of the stand were uneven, and the whole container tilts to the right because of of the uneven leg stand

I expected to use this product for "special" occasions but have been pleasantly surprised to realize just how often this item is useful in our lives---not just for the time you are serving a group! I have a large family and in the summer, we literally can go through two gallons of tea in one day. This item easily sits on the counter and allows the kids to help themselves, which cuts down HUGELY on the continual/constant opening and closing of the fridge and freezer door. The tea is slurped down so quickly throughout the day, that it always stays fresh and tasty. This is a very solidly made item, comparatively easy to assemble and even easier to wash. I get TONS of compliments on it and I am thrilled with the versatility and service of this product!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased two of these mason jar iced tea dispensers for a bridal shower. One of them had 2 metal washers and the other only had 1. We assembled them and were happy to see that neither one leaks.They’re very cute and we are looking forward to using them at the party!
