Q: will they holdup in welding and cutting jobs

Possibly long lasting for indoor minimal walking jobs such as welding. Very protective for that type of work. I'm in the Railroad Industry & these boots didn't hold up less than 9 months before tearing rear mid heel & the protective Metagaurd ripping off. You can't bend at the toes 100% due to the guard as well.
