It’s definitely not 1:1 scale. My son loves it I bought 2 so we could chase each other around. We have probably shot these at least 75-100 bullets in 30 minutes with zero issues. My son has a smile so mission accomplished

I thought this was a very realistic and very cool gun. it shoots a little slower than a regular nerf gun, because the bullets are heavier. they are plastic, but then the orange end is rubber. One problem that i had was reloading, the mag which is supposed to be a flash light on a real gun, fits the little bullets, the big bullet goes in the barrel, and it doesn't look as good as the minis. the mag is hard to get in, you have to wait till you hear a click, then it is good. DO NOT FORCE THE MAG IN! it will break if u push really hard. sorry i wrote so much, i tried to give u as much as heads up as possible. thx!

Bought for a movie role. Thought it would be too big based on the photo, but was a realistic size..smaller. Obviously, the red should be concealed in a holster or painted.

Decent toy. Shoots a good 20 feet, though the bullets spin after around 10. Plastic feels light and cheap, but the mold was nicely detailed. It's a bit smaller in scale compared to an actual M1911, but isn't uncomfortable to hold at all, feeling somewhere like a PPK. My only real complaint is that, due to how the magazine thing is built and positioned, the bullets are positioned right at the tip of the barrel when you cock the gun. This makes them fall out REALLY easily, if you so much as think about pointing the gun down. But all in all, I'd give it a solid 4 stars. Probably could have been sold for $11 or $12 for the quality, but I won't deduct points for that.
