Poor packaging
It's original box has moderate damage, the helmet it's self has some light scratches on The logo.Not much padding on the forehead so might be a problem with prolonged use, also had to send the first one back as the sizes don't match with other helmets I've bought.

Very very bad quality
The media could not be loaded. I brought for winter and when I need, I couldn’t use that Hamlet because of front class maybe I'm using for 20 to 25 days and front glass was broken inside. It's never stuck in the top is coming down automatically. When was raining I could not use. that Hamlet because of bad quality So I need to refund. To be great because it's for me. I pay quite expensive for me So I need full refund

I have a helmet from the same brand that it was time to change, I bought this same brand because I think it is good and I like the model, for this I selected the same size as the one I had...... big mistake since it was very tight and I had to return it since it caused me a lot of pain.
