I love this water heater!!
The media could not be loaded. 2nd edit!—— it’s been almost a year and want to say through the winter I was almost certain it was going to be broken with the water frozen even inside the house, we had issues with the gas company (propane) blot being able to come fill so we went without heat off and on all winter, we ended up just filling a 100lb cylinder every 2 days 😳 it was expensive. But during the times we didn’t have heat and inside froze my fridge broke, (water and ice don’t work) all shut offs busted when we got heat and water thawed. But the shut offs to this didn’t! And it didn’t break! We’re still going strong and still working properly 🙌🏻Editing to update, it’s now been about 3 months and I love this so much! Bills went down about 100$ and it’s just perfect!I got this about 3/4 weeks ago it’s been installed 3 weeks or so. My dad installed and I was helping. It was easy to install and hook up. The packaging comes with everything basically, you need to hook up. I’m pretty sure we had to buy the shut offs. But either way it’s cheap and works great. I have 5 kids almost 6-11 years old plus 3 adults. So far no problems with it heating and keeping temperatures. It’s quiet and definitely space saving!!! So now I can use the bathroom closet instead of having a big tank taking up all the space. This is the propane not natural gas. Sorry for the long video review but wanted to let people to know some details cause I was hesitant my own self after reading some of the reviews. Questions for will it work or not work cause I was told by Lowe’s a few years ago I need a 9-11gpm for the people I have in household. It’s actually by faucets and the rating they have and how many you have and want running at the same time. So I bought all my fancy faucets (waterfall, rain shower head) etc from Amazon as well and they do take a good bit of water output so I just checked the output and f it, let’s give this a try. My main concerns was the reviews like “I got propane but it won’t work it’s only for natural gas” or “it leaks upon installation or after a few days” I’ve had it for almost 3 weeks and it’s been good to us no leaks nothing. I’d definitely recommend this tankless heater

Great on demand heater
The media could not be loaded. Great value. Works well and produces enough hot water for a bathroom and a kitchen sink. Easy to set up an operate. Water is hot with good flow.Used it for our glamping setup

Good design, good customer service
It's a nice unit. Less loud than our friend's. I like the design where it doesn't use all the burners when it doesn't need them.Zero smell or bad air from this thing, which is the primary reason we switched to tankless. Yes, less propane use as well.It says not recommended over 2000' but it seems fine at 6300' here.We are returning because it takes almost a full open bathroom sink tap to get this to start up. Customer service said this was not adjustable by user or maker. It takes 2.5-3 liters a minute to start. They should make it 1 liter, no downside to doing so. They said the 80k starts up at a lower flow. We might try that.I will research again because I think I saw another brand that had that feature adjustable. And we are interested in one that has the air feed to the burners from outside. This one pulls air from the room, which means cold or warm air must come in from outside (and not directly to the burner).Because of the small copper pipes inside, our water pressure at the shower was halved from before. Another feature we will look into for the replacement.Nice unit, heats up very fast, looks cool, screen works fine, not much adjustment available.

Died in a week and half of usage . Tech support is over emails every 24-48 hours. No live agents.
The media could not be loaded. This purchase caused me and my family much pain so as a Christian, I want others to read this before they buy. I will make it as short as possible. Everything was installed correctly and initially, it worked well but it was making a suspicious knocking sound which I was told was normal. After one week without hot water waiting for this and installation, this unit just lasted a week and a half and just stopped working. The water heater showed on but it would not respond when we opened the hot water. Was back and forth with the company for a week and a half and each time to got an agent they asked me for my number who I was all over and the nature of my issue. INSANE- then a tch would respond with the same troubleshooting instructions they give you in the booklet. This is a scam and it is trying to imitate the Rinnai brand. They were going to send me a new one but I bit the bullet and paid an extra 200 for a quality one with actual support Rinnai> please save yourself the headache.
