Small but powerful!!
We have a very small fish pond and this was perfect for it. Does not take up a lot of room but is powerful enough to provide water up to our waterfall!!

Took me 10 minutes to Install
The media could not be loaded. It took 10 minutes to install and one foot of 1-inch (outside diameter) flexible pipe. This despite the fact that I don't know plumbing. The model I bought is probably overkill, but I wanted to match the wattage of the existing pump that shorted out. I have a control valve, and I set it up on the lowest flow because since this is in an atrium separating the living room from the office, I do not want too much water splatter or a loud sound. This pump can accommodate a fairly tall fountain easily.Since I installed it today, I don't know how long it is going to last, but I am hopeful that it will work for a long while.

13 foot head height
I had a little giant that failed, took a chance on this china one. Works good for my application, although a little less volume than the little giant it gets my job done. I use it to pump saltwater from my basement up a 1inch pipe to my fishtank sump (about a 13ft head height run)

Doing its Job!
Bought this for a filtration system for a 1000gallon stock tank made into a fish pond that sits under a tree. Does a good job and still has good suction after a summer of use. we added a waterfall with lava rocks for filtration and its still going strong. You have to pull debris off the front of it regularly but it definitely does its job. also works good to help remove some water quick when cleaning tank.

Even though it is a small size, it has an amazing flow rate.
We bought this pump, to provide the flow needed for the VIVOHOME Pressurized Biological Pond Filter with 13-watt Light, rated for 1580 GPH. In less than 24 hours, the pound is clear. I had connected the effluent to a small waterfall, which resulted in a fountain that shot across the entire pond. I had to place a small rock over the waterfall outlet to disperse the water back into a waterfall flow.
