Improves Circulation for Desk Workers
So far so great! I started taking 50mg daily,, but noticed no flush. I increased until I felt a flush at 200mg. This may be due to my previous history of using pre-workouts in the past that contained niacin. I love the flush, warming feeling, provides great energy. After the flush is gone, I notice that my hands and feet are getting cold. Best results when you rebound or exercise during use. After about an hour, I take activated charcoal to grab up any toxins that are released. Sometimes I can still feel the effects of the Niacin later, like an after burn or itchy feeling.I work at a desk 8 hours a day and since taking this product, I have gotten the strong inclination and energy/ focus to stand at my desk. I prop up my keyboard n mouse and stand 4 to 5 hours of my workday.Update 2/27/2018: Today I Took the Niacin and got the urge to walk up 10 flights of stairs. Great energy, great burn. Be sure to stay well hydrated when taking niacin. Since it relaxes and dilates the blood vessels, if you are dehydrated you BP may drop leading to dizziness.I will definitely buy stain, great price, and great quality.

Be ready to Flush :)
This particular vitamin is a "flush". When I started taking this vitamin around late November 2014, I could tell a difference in how I felt overall. If you have high cholesterol and having some issues with blood flow in the body, this is a good vitamin to take. I had lab work performed in January 2015 and the total cholesterol dropped by at least 10 points. The LDL-P (particles) dealing with cholesterol dropped by 393 points and the small particles dropped by 540 points (it went from HIGH to NORMAL). So this niacin will "flush" in a matter of 10 to 15 minutes on an empty stomach. I advice anyone who takes this on an empty stomach to be at home because if you are fair skin; you will turn rosy, pinkish or what have you for at least 20 to 30 minutes. This vitamin will open up the capillaries in your body from head to toe (for the most part). You might experience a tingling sensation or a slight burning sensation in which you do not want to be caught off guard....lol. There are people who are not ready and have no idea when this hits, that's why I say take this when you are at home...(coworkers, boss or whoever might look at you and think what in the world is going on lol). This vitamin is good for cardiovascular health :) « Show Less

Seems fine. Just got it last week and have been taking most days. Take it at night. I accidentally took it in the morning on an empty stomach this am and the tingling and burning through my body was terrible. Lasted 45 minutes. But when I take at night no side effects. So I'll never take without food in my stomach again. Hopefully it helps flush things out.

like someone had slathered Tiger Balm all over me
I don't think there's anything wrong with the product, but about 10 minutes after taking only one pill, my skin on my face, neck, chest, arms and legs became very red. My ears and my face felt warm, like someone had slathered Tiger Balm all over me. And my hands and arms were tingly. I immediately called the poison control center for advice, and they said my symptoms sound like an overdose, and to take an aspirin. I drank tons of water, then I took an uber to the urgent care. After two hours, I looked normal again, and the doctor warned me about taking vitamins. I have taken vitamin B complex pills before, and some of them had 100mg of niacinamide, but I have never had a reaction like this to any vitamin. I wish I had taken much less of the vitamin, like a half a pill.. I would not have gotten so ill. Lesson learned.. next time I try a new vitamin, I might take a sliver of it to see if I have any reactions..I wasn't in pain or anything, I think I was more just worried since I have never seen anything like this before. My heart rate also increased, so I was more worried than anything..Update: I had originally taken the vitamin Niacin / B3 because I had read an article that the vitamin helps your body fight Staph infections. About 6 hours after I left the doctor's office, I noticed the bump on my forehead had flattened almost completely. I would say around 90%. Previously, it looked like someone had implanted an m&m or a small button under my skin. The doctor I saw did not think it was a staph infection, he said it was most likely a pimple. But I thought it was a bit large to be a pimple.. well whatever it was, staph or pimple, it is now gone! I dont know if I would recommend someone in a situation like mine to take a whole Niacin pill, but maybe start with a very small part of a pill and see if it works.. then go from there
