I have bought this watch for my Mum as I live in Uk to ship in India and when we got the watch , the strap is not closing at all but still we didn’t return the order as it was a present but recently my mum told me that strap is not working since we bought which is very disappointing. I am going to end up paying to watch shop to get it fixed which is why I am giving less ratings. But will appreciate if you can provide any help.

The watch is superb, the dial is not too big not too small and it looks so elegant, the delivery was on time and packing was done nicely and I bought this during the great Indian sale and it was such an amazing deal, Amazon discount+ 10%bank discount+ ₹1000 cashback..!
