What I liked: Level of detail, number of pieces, level of difficulty (which was challenging, but not too hard). It's super cute!What I didn't like: BYOG (Bring Your Own Glue.) Seriously. I had to use the glue from another kit to complete this. It has no adhesive whatsoever. Nothing is perforated except for the tiny leaves on the vine. I suggest buying some craft tweezers that have a very sharp, bent point (see my photos). They helped a ton!The cavi (rodent) is mine. He doesn't come with the kit. This is where I advise you to have fun and be creative.The controller for the light is hidden inside the cabinet. This is annoying because it requires tweezers or skinny fingers to extract it.Quality of the build could be better. Perforated paper details would be lovely. Small scissors are a must with this kit.Overall, I'm happy.

this was also fun to do, it took a little more time than some of the others I did but it was worth it, it has so much cute details to it this is one I would do again

Lots of cutting items out of paper and other materials. Had to glue everything and the lights are not working. This not my first 3 D kit. While I did enjoy putting all the little plants together it was frustrating that very few pieces on this kit clicked together. It requires a lot of gluing and holding things in place while it dries. This kit is more of an art project than a puzzle. It kept me busy for many days. I gave up on the plastic enclosure for the dome it could use better designing.

I absolutely loved making this kit. I love how you need to make everything yourself...it's so rewarding when it's all done knowing you created it all. I thought the instructions were pretty good, the wiring instructions could use some work, especially if your a newcomer to making these kits. The only negative was the wires using in the lighting. The wires are so thin and fragile, so be very careful when trying to remove the rubber to get a better seal when attaching to the battery box or you'll cut the wire, and they don't leave a lot of excess wire, and you don't want the wire too short. All in all, this was one of my favorite kits to build, and I buy all kits from name brand $$$ to lesser known cheaper brands.

This is very cute but sort of hard to assemble. It does not come with glue. It is very intricate and my 8 year old cannot do most of it.Edit: I received a new one after finding out the first kit I had was missing pieces. The exchange went very well but I received another one that was also missing pieces. It is so unbelievably hard to assemble and the electrical system for the little light doesn’t work. The directions are awful and the pieces are so intricate and tiny you end up gluing you fingers together instead of the pieces. The wood does not look good after being punched out of the cards. I do not recommend this product.

Perfect for older kids who need something to do with their hands. Forget the boring fidget toys. Get yourself one of these. They are extremely detailed. Lots of cutting and folding and glueing. My 13 year old hasn't stop working on it since she opened it. I had to make her stop and go to bed. She couldnt wait to get started the next day. She is already talking about getting her next one.
