Works well wished the timer worked for 8 hours of sleep.I thought this was the same as my previous purchase that stays on for 6 hrs.Good durability. I suggest using a pillowcase on it so you can wash it regularly.I use it on 1 it can get pretty hot.Cord length could be a couple feet longer.

I have 3 of these, and yes, I have a medical reason. It heats quickly, easy controls. I am not fond of the auto shut-off, which cannot be avoided. It is heavier and larger than most. I have not attempted to wash it but I have others that only require the cord to be removed...unable to dry in the clothes dryer, quality is acceptable, velvety soft on one side

This is a wonderful size for sleeping with back pain. I love the timer feature and the actual degree-of-temperature settings — not must low, medium, high.
