I found this product to be highly beneficial. I like most the taste, They reminded me of Pop-rocks I had as a kid. Yet, as I am far from being a kid, at 60 years old. I often do long-distance cycling, mow and trim my lawn and spend a lot of time in the Texas heat. So to replenish my body with the needed electrolytes lost in sweat is essential. The taste of the four flavors is great. I am also on a Ketosis diet, so the small amount of Sucralose is an ideal type of sugar. The chewable on-the-go tablet is in a sturdy pill bottle, for carrying along. Not like powers, or in a water bottle, they are easy to take as needed. I shared mine with other's and immediately ordered more.

I accidentally bought these.. Thought they were powder vwater additive.When I decided to try them finally on a hot work day I was very pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. I didn't expect to have any kind of experience with them. Lol. They aren't of an odd consistency like other chewable medicine is, They say they're chewable but You don't chew them. They fizz away in your mouth. It's not unpleasant at all in the flavors are all great.I was reluctant because I can never eat awhole chewable medicine, or anything like this.As far as hydration goes I do feel like it helps. And you can take a lot of them in a day if needed. I find my mouth isn't dry after I have them . . I feel like I got to get thru 2 before it's really noticable.Very good product.

Everything to like about these electrolyte tablets. As directions suggests to improve absorption, I let the tablets dissolve in my mouth.I suffered a heat stroke several weeks ago in our 117° weather. Product is very convenient and quite tasty. The flavors are very faint, very lite, not overwhelming.They do spark energy. The quality seems excellent. I no longer have a headache when I am outside in the heat, so tablets certainly prevent heat related headaches.I added product to my monthly subscribe and save. Value for money is excellent. Product is easy to use & easy to carry unlike the bottles of pedialyte that have to be refrigerated after opening and take up a lot of room.I highly recommend these tablets for keeping one's electrolytes in balance.

I’ve bought Salt Stick and Vitassium brands, but this one is my favorite! In order of yumminess: this one is number 1, Salt Stick is two, and Vitassium is three. I get nauseated at night, and these help.
