I am in the process of switching out my nonstick (toxic) pans for healthier stainless steel versions.- The double handles make it easier to cook large dishes and transfer pan to oven- The lid gives me a lot of cooking options- The lack of interior handle bolts (like some models) make clean up easier- Design heats evenly- Price is great (I just bought 2 more pans)Tip: Clean the pan right after cooking. If browning still remains, I had success with Bar Keepers Friend getting it out.

This is a beautiful piece of cookware.I bought this on Prime day and I’m glad I did.I am very happy with it and will be adding more of their stainless cookware to my kitchen. We have an induction cooktop and itworks perfectly.Attaching the handle is not difficult. Just two hex nuts tightened with the included wrench.I seasoned it per the included instructions. I’m not sure if it was necessary but I did.Patience is required when using, let it get up to temp (the water bead test) before putting in the food.If you rush it will stick. I learned my lesson when I rushed making eggs. They stuck to the bottom but it wasn’t difficult to clean.Go to YouTube to watch videos about using stainless cookware.I wish Delarlo sold a lid for this 10” pan but I can use another brand if necessary.You can spend $100 more on a pan but I don’t know why!Oh… and one more thing:It looks cool!!!

Sears meat evenly, better than cast iron…No toxic coating that tastes weird!Also, cast iron absorbs grease and is gross!easier to clean. It’s shining clean after every use just let soak with white vinegar, baking soda, and lemon juice and it comes out clean as new !

Love this pan but the arm keeps loosing even tho I keep tightening as much as it will go

Best value for $40-ish price range. Cleaning is so much easier because it doesn't have rivets on the inside of the pan. I use it almost daily, love it!!
