The legs are at a perfect length to not give that mid thigh crease like many other fajas do. I can wear it with straight leg pants and it doesn’t show. It is comfortable and the rear is flattering. I’ve slept in it, worn for 24hrs. Perhaps it is my anatomy but I have to take it off to go #2 otherwise you probably have to sit there widening the back opening with your hands as you sit on the potty. I got the legs on (slowly but) not a problem. I like how the shoulder strap is adjustable to 3 different sizes. Material is good, compressive and not scratchy. I was unable to fasten the stomach my first time and had to have my husband help me. Afterwards I was able to insert a board and foam into the stomach area while I had it on, so I know it could handle a bigger stomach in here, if only the person has the strength to close it. I am 5’3, 142lbs, 35-28-40.5, thighs are 22 inches at the thickest part and Medium worked for me. Lower stomach is a 38, under bust 30.5. I also like that the chest area is fully open because some other fajas come up too high or the bra opening overhangs onto your actual bra warping the shape.
