Nice compact light, seems sturdy and well made, throws a lot of light, easy to charge, like the multi-functions. Only thing we don't like is that it blinks a red warning light when it's off. Will be easy to see/find in the dark, but this must eventually deplete the battery.

i bought of these, they charge with a green light in front, pushing the on-switch does nothing and i see no other options to interact with it.

Purchased this lantern following hurricane Irma when we realized the needs for a lantern. Firstly it arrived on time. Secondly it's pretty awesome. It's pretty small, about the size of a pint measuring jug. Some people mentioned having issues getting the base off, but I didn't have any issues. The batteries are rechargeable and already in place, so all I had to do was use the cable it comes with to plug it into the wall yo charge. I don't remember how long it took to fully charge, but it wasn't long. The dull flashing light went front blinking red to green, so I knew it was fully charged. It's now sat in our hurricane box ready for when we need it. The dull red light flashes periodically in case we need it in the dark, but this isn't really necessary, if I had to give one negative it would be that you can't turn this feature off. We did test it though and it's pretty bright. The medium setting was high enough to light up our open plan family room, so we know next time the power is out we will have better light than candles and flashlights.

This it perfect for random power outages we have sometimes in our area it light up the whole room and acts as a charger port as well . That was the reason we purchase it but I imagine it’s also good for camping and hikes .
