Much better than apple cider vinegar

We'd never tasted anything like this crushed blueberry vinegar, but my family really likes it. It has a subtle flavor, fruity without being sweet, and I can imagine a lot of ways we might try it. I started with drizzling it over a caprese salad. It's delicious with fresh tomato and mozzarella.The first bottle arrived encased in bubble wrap with a Kosterina label. However, the neck of the bottle had opened slightly and a small amount of vinegar has leaked out, making even the packaging sticky. Amazon provided a replacement that arrived in the same condition. Even a plastic seal around the neck of the bottle had popped open, presumably during transit. The company assured me that the product was still safe to consume, but for this reason -- and only this reason -- I would be reluctant to order by mail again.

This is by far our all-time favorite! I purchased four different kinds, but the Cucumber/Lemon is the one we use most for salads and mocktail drinks. It must be so popular since it’s always out of stock at our local Whole Foods. I hope they carry it on Amazon!

I've used this crushed blueberry vinegar for marinated bean salad, hummus, and as a secret ingredient in soups. My favorite way is right out of the bottle over thinly sliced cucumbers with a little salt and pepper. Whole Foods has it on sale right now, and it's worth every dime.

The taste of this vinegar is fruity but not too acidic. We have been mixing it with sparkling water for summer mocktails and it does not disappoint. Kind of expensive but the flavor makes it worth it.

A great addition to any salad...Added a tart sweet tang to ordinary salads/dressings.

I thought it was vinegar brewed out of blue berry. Wrong, it is a blended product. white vinegar is one of the ingredients.
