I find Spatone to be effective, gentle on my digestive system, and easy to take. The small sachets are convenient – I can carry them around and take them with me wherever I go. While the taste is a bit metallic, it’s not overpowering, and it’s definitely something you can get used to over time. If mixed with juice the metallic taste is camouflaged. Overall, I’ve noticed a boost in my energy levels, and I find this a very easy way to take iron.

Best product for natural and easy to absorb iron.

I took this while I was pregnant this last year and it did what I needed to do without messing with my stomach which pills tend to do. Only reason it’s not getting 5 stars is cuz the flavor is AWFUL. I tried doing it straight and lost that battle quickly. Which I mean it’s iron…I will say mixing into a drink does help hide the flavor.

I really love this iron and have recommended it to others. I was able to track my iron increase with this proxy with blood labs. It’s also the only iron I’ve ever taken that did cause upset stomach.

I have had a hard time getting my iron levels up as I haven't been able to handle pills yet (heme or non heme). Decided to give these a try and have been pleasantly surprised how gentle these are on my body. I have had 0 negative reactions or side effects. The taste isn't great, it definitely tastes heavily like iron and leaves an aftertaste for a bit, but what is a little taste discomfort for something that's helping our health?
