This is a nice simple item that I use just for counting steps and to keep me motivated. It is slim and looks nice, certainly looks more expensive that the money I paid for it. I downloaded the app and it all linked up ok and was working perfectly well. 7 months later, and the device started to blink on/off at random points and reset to a new day, so I would recharge and re-establish the link with my phone to give it the correct information. After a week, even this didn't work. I have been in touch with customer service, and although they did not receive my original email, they responded to my review. They instantly arranged a free replacement/or refund, even though it is long past the normal replacement period. So far I am happy with the service and have since amended my review accordingly.

I ordered this fitness tracker as an experiment - I didn't want to pay a large price for one, so I could see how I got on and if it was useful. Well, I have to say that I am more than happy with this one! It's easy to use, and so far as I can see measures my steps, distance, calories etc. accurately, and also my sleep pattern. I am very happy with this and I'm not thinking about getting a more expensive one now. I like that it came with two straps (blue and black for me), the app is very easy to use as is the watch, and it's comfortable to wear. The only problem I have is that it's very hard to read in sunlight, so its use as a watch for telling the time is limited.

So far so good only one issue so far. It states it tracks sleep automatically and tells you the quality of sleep. According to the watch I’ve been awake for the last twenty hours.

Since purchase, the battery of this wrist band hasn't even run out by 50% so I can confirm it does have a long battery life. This is a good tracker to keep track of basic fitness and I love the alarm and alert settings especially when I have my phone in silent when I'm working and I get an important text (the band vibrates gently and it's incredibly quiet). The alarm setting is also a nice way to wake up in the morning because it's quiet but the vibration is enough to wake you up quite peacefully, it's almost easier to wake up in the morning now. The reason for 4 star is the stop watch feature for timed activity (activated by holding button for 3 seconds). When activated it records as usual (calories, distance etc.) but when I stop the watch I can't get any of that data unless I read through it on the tracker before stopping it. This isn't a huge problem though as it just adds an additional minute which I remember to deduct before stopping the watch. Very good basic tracker, perfect for the price. All settings managed through the VeryFitPro app, additional wristband was lovely colour and despite it's way of linking together, proves to be very strong withstanding force. A few of my friends and family have since considered buying one because of the price and features available!

This product worked well. After 2 months it has stopped charging so is useless now.

Was easy to use, loved it but the plastic on the charger end snapped off and is now stuck in the band so i just have the metal prongs uncovred and cant charge it like this :/

Very pleased with this. A great price and comes with the bonus of an extra strap. It is a comfortable fit.. fits my very skinny wrist too. The instructions are very simple . It says tap on the screen but it took me a while to work out it needed to be tapped in just the one part ..at the side. Battery life is good, especially as I've disabled the light going on every time I lifted my arm.. It is very bright and kept waking me up!
