I had to consider writing this review for a while, as the customer service I have received has been good. This machine does not cut accurately. I make wedding stationery and many of my products have multiple layers. I’ve just completed 2 huge invitation orders and this machine has made that process difficult and stressful, all cuts are off on one end.The part of the machine that clamps the paper or card does not hold the paper tightly on one end which means the paper moves when being cut. I’ve been sent a video on how to correct this, which works for a few cuts and then has to be re adjusted again, which is inconvenient and time consuming. I have had a partial refund, but I’m basically left with a machine I can’t use, a replacement or full refund (so I could purchase a different machine) would have been a better solution.The staff in China have been kind and helpful but I am left very dissatisfied with this product.
