Monster High 24V Electric Scooter

unit came 2 days late for my daughter birthday and has not work since it was delivered...very disappointed..wish I hadn't bought it

Works then doesn't work but the seller gave me my money back so I'll take it.

Had some issues initially with this as others have stated. After looking into the issue further it appears as if the chain had either come loose in shipping or fell off during the first few attempts at operation. Below is a comment I left on another review on what I did to troubleshoot/fix the issue:"For those of you saying you are having issues with the scooter working.... Make sure the chain is attached, ours was disconnected. Also, you need to kick off pretty hard in order for the motor to engage.We had a similiar issue with the scooter not working. I found that the chain had come off the sprocket(s). First step is to remove the chain cover so you can see the chain/sprockets. You will need to all but remove the rear wheel to get the chain around the rear sprocket. Make sure everything is tight when you put it back together or the chain will fall off again.After we got the chain back on it seems like it wasn't engaging the motor until I kicked off very hard or pushed the rear wheel fast and hard enough to engage the motor."After the issues were remedied my step daughter went out and zoomed around the neighborhood with no issues. She loved the Monster High designs and loved how fast it was compared to a friends scooter.I loved the price I paid from an Amazon Lightning deal.Hope this review helps

Unit arrived on time but we just unpacked it as it was in hiding until last night. BIG MISTAKE! The battery housing is cracked and it will not charge! We have put it on the charger and the light turns green after about 20 seconds but it will not go anywhere under power! This is a huge disappointment especially Christmas Day!!! There better be some recourse on this because I would have no idea how to fix it.

Unit does not work, charged for 18 hours, and tested unit, never works or goes anywhere. Charger light turns green after a few moments, but unit still does not operate. Thanks for this horrible product.*Edit, I too had to remove the top deck and the eight phillip screws, and gained access to the batteries. I noticed two of the wires were hot glued, but the hot glue had failed. Not only did the hot glue fail, but the terminals were too large to connect to the spades on the two battery packs, so I had to crimp the terminals to make a tight secure fit. This has solved my problem, but it should have NEVER been a issue, and I'm sure most people won't know how to do this. As far as performance, the thing performs as it should.

I bought one for my 9 year old. This thing is the coolest scooter ever! No problems at all. High quality, easy to operate, she loves it. I ride my bike with her around the neighborhood, she's hard to keep up with;-) Best toy I've ever got, wish I wasn't too fat to ride it.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!! They do not work! Won't charge, won't turn on!

Worked for about 2 weeks; now it won't charge, won't run and is a waste of my money.
