Great for Deep Cuts w/Cricut
This is a great option for your Cricut. Not necessary if you are not looking to cut thicker items (wood, leather, etc.) but a nice option to have for the price.

Cuts through 0.02" acrylic! (note: will void your warranty)
I've just started gathering the things I need to establish a crafts shop, where I plan to sell merch at cons and online.I tried to make blue archive halos using 0.02" acrylic sheets and a this blade, and it worked magically! I think this thickness is perfect for BA cosplay halos because they're light enough to be supported to your head, but sturdy enough to not be floppy when moving around.Cutting (note that THIS WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY): basswood setting, 1/16" (1.6mm), using the knife blade. It will do 14 passes. Keep the protective coating on the acrylic and use the heavy mat. This should cut cleanly through, but it might be worth lifting the material to ensure it went through before unloading the mat. It should cut through the protective coating on both sides. Also worth noting: although they look similar, the drive housing this knife blade comes with IS NOT THE SAME as the quickswap housing. It will not be usable for the engraving/etc. tips.Changing the knifeblade is kind of finnicky. I recommend using pliers/a pliers wrench when tightening and loosening the outer portion. If your replacement blade can't go back in the housing, you might have to use another knife to wedge the housing open wide enough for the new blade to fit in. Of course, be careful when doing all of this.
