Destroyed product, assembled incorrectly
As the pictures show, even the assembly is horribly bad, this is obviously a factory damaged/factory seconds piece of trash that I was sent. I would not even trust a replacement after seeing this. You were warned.

Works fast for warm handwashing!
I was nervous about this tiny water heater because it was an affordable price but a brand that I was unfamiliar with. It arrived in a banged up box, but I continued with installing it (which was rather straightforward). To my surprise, it works wonderful! I live in chilly New England and this water heater has made washing my hands in the winter more enjoyable!
